Current Conditions

Current Conditions last updated: Friday, September 05, 2008 01:06 AM

Conditions at Governor Dodge State Park change rapidly. We attempt to keep you up to date on many of the most common questions about park conditions. In this section, the Weather is updated automatically, but all other sections change whenever there is an actual change at the park.

General Conditions

It is late summer and the lakes have a lot of weeds near shore. Drier conditions are bringing a change to the prairies. Trees are full with nuts as they begin their slow journey into autumn.
